At Grano Organico, we take great pride in our packing and quality checks. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether you need to cancel an order or report an issue with a delivery, please use the form below to get in touch with our support team.
⚠️ Important Policy Highlights:

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Food Safety: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food products (Spices, Dals, Ghee, Millets) once the packet has been opened, unless the product is spoiled or expired.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged package or the wrong product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
